All our guests stay in modern balcony room lodges, suites or cottages overlooking the course. Packages include dinner nightly, except where noted, served in our main dining room or in our outdoor Pavilion, a full buffet breakfast, unlimited greens fees, and club storage. Camp Joy is run by the Christian Education Ministries of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and is planned especially for those with mental handicaps. Campers, each accompanied by a “special friend,” will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, including worship, Bible study and recreation, all geared to their abilities.
There are three summer sessions: one in June, July and August.
Set among the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, Broadmoor is the region's only links-style course. Step back in time as you play a flat, natural terrain that lies in the Mills River Valley, beside the mighty French Broad River. You will enjoy a part 72 championship course, ranging from 5900 to 7168 yards. Broadmoor features bermuda grass tees and fairways along with the best bent grass greens to be found. There is no residential housing and no out of bounds. You will play in a wildlife refuge with many streams, ponds, and marshes. Certified Audubon Sanctuary golf course member.
Facility has a practice Area, stocked Golf Shop, lessons,Golf Packages, Grill Room, Bar, Meeting Rooms.
Fletcher Community Park on Howard Gap Road is a sixty-acre park featuring two playgrounds, 1.5 miles of walking trails, youth soccer fields, T-ball fields, little league fields, concession stand with restrooms, picnic areas and horse-shoe area, disc golf.

CUMMINGS COVE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Cummings Cove is a gated community that has an 18 hole course, par 71. Our private club atmosphere and service is available to visiting golfers and outside play.
Located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, the Mountain Trail Outdoor School's classroom is 1,400 acres of peaks, valleys, coves, streams and lakes with over 10 miles of hiking trails. The Outdoor School is a residential environmental and outdoor education program, working with groups of 10 to 135 from schools, churches, nonprofit organizations and businesses.
Outdoor Family Fun Center offers a well-manicured 18-hole miniature golf course, eight batting cages with two softball and six baseball cages and a driving range that includes a covered/heated hitting area as well as a short game practice area. Each of these areas are kid and family friendly. Lessons are available. Fees.
